ParentPay is a payment system which gives parents a convenient and flexible way to pay schools online. By making cashless payments, parents know that their money has reached the school safely.
With ParentPay, we are able to take online payments for Cashless Catering, trips, and other one-off events - parents will be informed via letter if this payment option is available for trips.
ParentPay offers parents the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever they like, 24/7, safe in the knowledge that this website has been security checked by many local authorities, and uses very high internet security standards.
Parents can view their child's account statements and payment history, check when payments need to be made and set alerts to tell them when to pay the school online. Parents can also set a daily limit for their child's Cashless Catering account by entering the limit in the 'notes' section when making their payment. We encourage parents to take up their entitlement of free school meals, as with our Cashless Catering facilities, every student is the same in the dinner queue.
Parents are given a username and password to use the system about when their child starts the College - new Year 7 students will receive these details in the October after they first start the College.
