KarMa is an independent provider established in early 2007 by Karen Rayner and Mary Holloway with the aim of offering high quality beauty therapy training

Prior to setting up KarMa, Karen and Mary gained extensive experience in both the beauty industry and teaching in Further Education with over thirty-five years experience between them. KarMa's vision is to provide students with excellent skills gained through study at the academy and experience in regular placements in local salons.

Following the government's announcement to introduce a wider curriculum of vocational courses into schools, KarMa formed a unique partnership with Chalfonts Community College in Chalfont St Peter, Bucks being amongst the first schools to provide NVQ levels 2 and 3 with accreditation from VTCT.

A beautiful state of the art salon was set up with funding from the LSC, where the students learn all aspects of beauty therapy.
