Remote Control Car Club
We enjoyed a celebration with the remote control car club team members on Thursday 14th July. This was to congratulate them on their hard work building the cars they will use for the club.
We had a celebration with the remote control car club team members on Thursday 14th July. This was to congratulate them on their hard work building the cars they will use for the club.
We set up a track for the cars, organised some timings of the races and allowed the students to play with the cars for an hour. We even had our own Stig who appeared in the middle of all the action!
The year 7s, soon to be year 8s, are going to be running this club next academic year, for the new year 7s, so their skills will turn from creating, designing and building, to co-ordinating and leading.
Having worked hard to get to this point I look forward to seeing the students enjoy the club next year.
