The Chalfonts Community College

Success is an Attitude!
Staff Governors

Admissions

We expect all students who attend Chalfonts to achieve their personal best at all times.

Sometimes learning is difficult and we remind students that they need to keep going and show resilience and perseverance in achieving their aspirational goals.  All the teachers and learning support assistants are here to help.

There are a wide range of clubs and activities on offer at Chalfonts and we expect that all students will take part in at least one additional activity.

Student leadership opportunities abound and Student Voice through the Student Council makes an important contribution to our continuous improvement.  The student support system is excellent, each year having a Year Leader, a dedicated assistant Year Leader as well as a dedicated number of staff that support our students every day.

All students have a tutor who they stay with from Years 7 to 11 (unless of course there is a particular issue) and the Sixth Form has an experienced team of tutors who assist with university and work applications led by our very experienced Head of Sixth form, Mr Way.
