What is a Deed of Variation?

Our Funding Agreement is the main contract between our school and the Department for Education (DfE). It sets out how our school is run and funded. Whenever changes happen—such as updates to our school size, age range, or national education rules - we sign a Deed of Variation (DoV) to keep that contract up to date.
