All emails or voicemails which are sent out of school hours (6:00PM – 7:00AM) will be dealt with the following day. The expected response time from staff for email and voicemail is 48 hours. This response may come in the form of a courtesy email/call to acknowledge receipt of your email/message. It is important to recognise that some matters cannot be dealt with immediately. However, we will always try to respond to you as promptly as possible. Please also be aware that phone calls may be recorded for training, monitoring or safeguarding purposes.
The Principal and staff at CCC will not tolerate abusive or aggressive emails. The staff at the school are dedicated to improving the lives of every child and their focus is the delivery of excellent teaching and learning. To ensure that our staff can focus on this, they will forward any communication that they deem to be ‘abusive or aggressive’ to their line manager or a member of the senior team for them to deal with.
